His communication is excellent, he messaged before myself and husband left the UK to confirm he would be at the airport to meet us and from there he helped us arrange our full holiday plans, he made sure we got to see everything we wanted to, was more than happy to pick us up at 1.45am to go sunrise trekking up a volcano, would recommend local places to experience their culture (we had a great night singing and dancing in a local karaoke bar with him on our last night) he also has this great way of always finding his way to the front on the queue and his knowledge about the island is second to none.

He really will go the extra mile for you.

We had a great holiday, plenty of laughs and we’ve come away from Bali with a new friend.
